Guess who's back? I am, I am back from my 2 week school holidays. I'm about to write what I have done in the past 2 days in school. It has only been 1 minute and I can already feel the heat coming from the window. I am sweating like a pig that is in the desert.
When I came on the first day from the 2 week holidays, I walked into class and everyone was there talking to the teacher asking her how was her holidays. Then I just walked straight through and said, "Morning Mrs Golder", and just kept on walking. I went to the basketball court to play basketball with my friends. Then the bell rang at 9:00am then everyone went in front of the senior block to do fitness to get our brains turned on. Then we had to go into class and do the roll. Then the absent book was taken up to the office, so the office lady can see who's present and who is absent. Using this information, the truancy officer goes and gets the truant students and that is what happens every morning.
On Friday we are finishing school earlier than normal because of the school holidays. We are going to finish at 12 o'clock and are having lunch at home because school finishes at the time we have lunch. I can't wait till because I want to have a holiday away from school. I'm going to run home and play games with my family. We are going to play the PlayStation 3.
Every Wednesday the Yr 7 and Yr 8s. I do graphics with the Yr 7s in Room 12 my class the people in my group. The people in my group are Jack, Athens, Azahar, Meana, Timote, Mika, Lupe, and me we learn how to draw 3D shapes and learn how to make a shade that looks the 3D shape. Mr Perinida he show us how to draw things that were hard to draw before now they are easy. Today we had to draw a monster of our own. We got to design the monster our own way I done a bomb monster with some fangs I could him Jeff his skin color changes on every different body part because I wanted to a mix up some of colors that were on my monster.
On Friday we had Mr Myer. He told the class room to make a slide about things about your self but the people in Room 9 last year done it already so we got to do next activity but we didn't get to catch up on the work that we done with Mr Myer. We had to finish it then we had to go on to the next activity the next activity was mind maps we had to make the mind map about what ever we want.
On Monday some Duffy people came to perform. This time it was about traveling back in time to the very old days when World War 2 started. Then Duffy went to save his friend Ruby's dad before he died in World War 2. Before he went to World War 2 he went to ancient Japan. If Duffy didn't go back in time then Ruby's dad would have died and everything would have been hard for Ruby and her mum. They would have had to do everything by themselves. They would have had to pick everything from out of the garden and hang them by themselves.
On Wednesday the whole of Ruapotaka school went to Room 1 to find out what teams they were in for tabloids. It was fun playing with fruit and vegetables for tabloids. There were 11 teams because two of the teachers were doing the same thing with a broccoli. They were playing under and over. Mr Sok the teacher from Room 6 played basketball with lemons. Mr Reid the teacher from Room 11 played played throw the ball at the coconut on the pole.
On Wednesday the six week school holiday finished. I had to go back to school. I was happy to go back to school because I wanted to play with my friends and learn new things with a new teacher. When everybody went back to class there was a mixture of Room Nine Year 7s and Room Eleven Year 8s. I am a Year 7 in Room 12. I am going to learn so much this year with my teacher and classroom.
